Log Covered Wagon
I was hired by the Portland Office of Sustainability to build this childrens play structure at the Cooper Mountain Natural Area in Beaverton. It is part of a larger park/play area built with sustainability and education in mind. There are miles of hiking trails, walks, green buildings, bioswales, native plantings, and more- Check it out! The wagon design was by Rod Wojtanik of Metro, the metal work was done by Daniel Baca of Darc Horse Iron Works, and all of the douglass fir wood was provided by Jeff Nelson of TreeCycle NW. Completed in the summer of 2009.
