Gearhart Addition

This beach house in Gearhart had a greenhouse attached to the south side of the house which was poorly designed, and in terrible shape.  The greenhouse leaked, had broken glass, and was filled with old tubing and rusty fans.  The owners asked to have the greenhouse removed, and a covered gable roof installed with a new concrete patio and outdoor shower installed with new cedar fences, a new, larger sliding patio door, and siding the entire sides and back of the house with cedar shingles.  The finished product really makes the house more usable, and feels like a whole new place!
