Gearhart Addition

This is a work in progress, more pics will be added as things progress.  The house originally had a greenhouse which had seen better days and was an eyesore making the otherwise great beach house seem less inviting than it should.  The greenhouse was demolished and a new concrete paver patio has been built in its place.  An outdoor shower with a tigerwood deck and a cedar privacy fence has been added, and the siding is being replaced with cedar shingles, a new sliding door has been added and also work is being done in the kitchen and living rooms.  A gable roof is to be built to cover the patio and sliding door, and a fence is to be added along the front of the house.  I will update this project as soon as it is complete.  In the meantime here are some before and during pics…
